Do you need social media management?
We'll take care of everything, from strategy to scheduling, so you can focus on, you know, actually running your business.
Which platforms do you want us to manage?
Pick as many as you need. Instagram and Facebook come as a package deal (thanks, Meta).
How often do you want to post?
We'll ask this for each platform you selected. Don't stress if you're unsure, we'll figure it out in your strategy phase anyway.
Do you want short-form video content?
Think Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts. We can handle it for you, or give you a clear plan on what to post and when.
Who's creating the content?
This covers all the creative, graphics, photography, copy. Basically, everything that makes your posts worth posting.
Do you need Meta Ads management?
We run your Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns end-to-end. Strategy, creative, targeting, optimisation, and reporting. The management fee covers all of it including ad creatives.
What's your monthly ad spend budget?
This is your ad spend (paid to Meta, not us). We recommend a minimum of $3,000/month, otherwise the algorithm's basically guessing.
Do you need email marketing?
Newsletters, promos, updates, we do the whole thing. Strategy, copy, design, sending. You don't have to touch it.
How many emails per month?
This covers your regular sends. We keep it consistent, not annoying.
What about automated emails?
Emails that send themselves (love that for you). Welcome series, abandoned carts, check-ins, we set them up once and they just run 24/7 when prompted.
How many flows do you need?
Think welcome series, abandoned cart, re-engagement, post-purchase, birthday emails—we'll guide you if you're unsure.
Do you need a website?
We design and build on Squarespace, WordPress, or Shopify, depending on what actually makes sense for your business.
Do you need photography or videography?
Professional content shoots for your website, campaigns, and everything in between. So you've actually got good content to use across your business.
Do you need branding?
From a refresh to the full thing, logo, colours, fonts, guidelines. We're not just picking a pretty font and hoping for the best.
Do you need ongoing graphic design?
Flyers, menus, signage, presentations, print, all the random bits you suddenly need at the worst time.
